Customer Happiness Centres and Vehicle Testing Services
RTA’s Customer Happiness Centres and service provider centres for vehicle technical testing will be closed on 1 January 2025. Services will resume their regular schedules starting Thursday, 2 January 2025.

- Dubai Metro:
- Tuesday, 31 December 2024: 5:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
- Wednesday, 1 January 2025: 12:00 midnight to 11:59 PM.

Public Bus Services
For accurate bus schedules during the holiday, passengers are encouraged to use the S’hail app. However, notable changes include:
- Route E100 and Route E102: These routes will be temporarily suspended from 31 December 2024 to 1 January 2025. Commuters traveling to Abu Dhabi or Shabiya Musaffah can use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station.
