UAE Unveils Creators HQ: A Game-Changer for the Global Content Economy

The UAE has taken a bold step in reshaping the global content creation landscape with the launch of Creators HQ at Emirates Towers, Dubai. Announced during the third edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit, this groundbreaking initiative aims to attract 10,000 influencers to the UAE while fostering a vibrant creator economy.

As part of the nation’s strategic efforts, the Creators HQ is poised to position the UAE as a global hub for digital media innovation. Backed by the AED150 million ‘Content Creators Support Fund,’ introduced under the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the HQ will empower creators, enhance their impact, and provide a sustainable framework for the booming creator economy.


Creators HQ: An Ecosystem for Talent and Innovation

With an initial cohort of 100 top creators and enablers from over 20 countries, Creators HQ has already garnered support from industry giants such as Meta, TikTok, X, and Spotter. The platform promises a holistic ecosystem for creators, offering exclusive benefits, including:

  • Workshops & Events: Over 300 annual events focusing on skill enhancement, branding, video production, and monetization strategies.
  • Relocation & Setup Support: Assistance with UAE Golden Visa applications, company setup, and relocation services.
  • Youth Empowerment: Creative camps and mentorship programs for emerging talents.
  • Cutting-Edge Training: Sessions led by global industry leaders on audience engagement, sponsorships, and content strategy.

The initiative also fosters collaborations with technology companies, integrating social media platforms, esports, AI, and AR/VR into its creative ecosystem.


1 Billion Followers Summit: The Perfect Launchpad

Held under the theme “Content for Good,” the summit hosted over 15,000 content creators, 420 speakers, and 125 CEOs and experts. The event celebrated digital content’s role in driving societal progress and marked a pivotal moment for the creator economy.

Speaking at the launch, Mohammad Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, highlighted the UAE’s commitment to fostering a comprehensive content economy. “Our vision is to unite creators globally, offering them a space where cultural diversity thrives alongside innovation and investment opportunities,” he said.
